Delicious goose brought for Christmas, was very tasty the side dishes were all very good. Totally uncomplicated and highly recommended, my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I'll be back next year

The kitchen is delicious! And the landlord is fighting for survival in Corona times with a selection of take-away lunch dishes. You can also reserve by phone and arrange the pick-up time. And for the Christmas days you can even order whole geese with all their accessories, which are then freshly prepared. Here we go ....

If you fancy German or Bavarian cuisine, you will feel very comfortable here. The ambience, as well as the food, are authentic and delicious and the service is relaxed but also focused and polite. ... But also e.g. Leber Berliner Art, as well as salads, which are not really Bavarian but are on the menu, are convincing. My companion and I felt comfortable here!

Very excellent Bavarian cuisine I had a shovel crust of crispy meat juicy it was responded to my request instead of spaetzle rather fried potatoes which were also cooked to the point and very well seasoned, the fresh spring onions rounded it off perfectly because the space is currently limited maybe call and resave beforehand

Super delicious food. Therefor 5 stars. We would certainly have drunk more, but unfortunately the waiter rarely came to the table despite the not well-attended restaurant. Great connection to the subway. I recommend it ....

Great Schäufele eaten with very good wine. Attentive and unobtrusive service. Hygiene regulations are implemented 100%. We look forward to the next visit. Keep it up.

Best shovel in Berlin. A lot of sauce, delicious dumplings and the sauerkraut rounds everything off. We are glad that we ended up here by accident. It certainly won't be the last time. Worth mentioning is the great location: in the shade with a view of Bayerischer Platz, it couldn't be better. Corona can give us a try. We keep our fingers crossed for the nice staff and the owner that they will survive the crisis.

Good restaurant with delicious food and nice service. The fifth star would have been awarded if the dishes had been a bit warmer. In terms of taste, I rate the dishes with two. The price Performance ratio is coherent. We would love to come back !!

Good Bavarian restaurant. The Franconian cuisine is not too short. We had roast pork, with sauerkraut and spätzele. Highly Recommended. Then there was Kaiserschmarrn. Everything is very solid.

Everything is good. We were looking for something with "Schnitzel". Nevertheless, vegetarian options should be offered. We found both. ? Sweet beer ? Comfortable chairs, rustic ambience. Friendly service rounded off our visit. ?

Four stars in view of the fact that I was quite satisfied about four or five times. With today's Haxe and the dumplings I was less. Crispy was nothing here, and if the dumplings had fallen to the ground, they would probably have tapped three times. But as I said: otherwise it was better. The innkeeper, I have always experienced friendly, and with the audience, I can confirm: where else do I feel at 57 yet so young. But that's not a drawback.

A great place, conveniently located in a lovely quiet area with a selection of train stations locally. If you like bayern food look no further than the golden star, a great selection of food and drinks, the staff were excellent and couldn't fault them in any way. A pleasure to visit.

Charming little place with excellent food. Really enjoyed the pork knuckle. And the patio on a beautiful day is wonderful.

Delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. The meat was very good and the staff very friendly too! Would have liked to try the Kaiserschmarn or gratinated goat cheese, but were already too full. Next time!

I ate really well at this restaurant. I ordered pork knuckle, sauerkraut and spaetzle. There seemed to be many locals here and no tourists. Our waiter was very friendly. Be careful if you order from the English menu as most dishes are more expensive than the German menu.

Go here ! Fantastic food!!! Very economical too. The roast pork loin was superb !
